Description: Das Projekt Manega Floresta ist derzeit die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Art um in Brasilien eine nachhaltige Forstwirtschaft zu betreiben und dient zum Schutz des Waldes und ermöglicht den Familien vor Ort zu überleben. Pro Hektar dürfen maximal 25 m3 Stammholz des überalterten Baumbestandes schonend entnommen werden. Dann darf 25 Jahre kein Holz mehr aus dem Wald geholt werden, damit sich der Wald natürlich erholt. Ebenso muss darauf geachtet werden, dass immer im Verhältniss der Holzarten die Stämme entnommen werden, damit die Verhältnisse der Holzarten im Wald gleich bleiben. Dies verhindert eine Monokultur, wie dies leider sehr oft in Europa der Fall ist. Durch diese nachhaltige Waldbewirtschaftung werden die natürlichen nachwachsenden Ressourcen im ökonomischen und ökologischen Sinn genützt.
Investment: In Brasilien zahlt man in Norden derzeit noch den Wald ohne den Holz Wert. In Europa wird auch der Holz Wert im Stamm beim Verkaufswert gerechnet Dadurch kann derzeit noch durch den Kauf von Wald richtig gut Geld verdient werden. Eine Riesenchance für Schnellentschlossene.
