Auf dieser Estancia wird Rinderzucht und Ackerbau betrieben. Das gesamte Areal ist eingezäunt. Ein grösserer Fluss mit kleinen Wasserfällen kreuzt das Areal. Eine Waldreserve und Naturweide ist vorhanden.
Ausstattung: Vorhanden ist ein Herrenhaus im Kolonialstil mit rustikaler Einrichtung. Das Wohnhaus verfügt über vier Schlafräume, Wohn- Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin, Küche mit Esszimmer, Büroraum, Flur und Nebenräume. Weiterhin ist vorhanden ein Wohnhaus für den Verwalter und mehrere Wohnungen für Personal. Strom mit eigenem Transformator ist installiert, mehrere Tiefbrunnen, verlegte Wasserleitungen,
TV und Mobiltelefon über Antenne, Rinderkorral mit kompletten Viehbehandlungsstand.
Nutzungsmöglichkeit: Rinderzucht, Rindermast, Anbau von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten wie Soja, Weizen, Mais, Hafer, Sorghum, Sesam etc. Besonderes: Landwirtschaftliche Maschinen sind vorhanden. Intern angelegtes Wegenetz.
